Report on the treatment of personal data
Pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13-14 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereafter “GDPR”) D.Lgs. 196/2003 e D.Lgs. 101/2018 e smi (PRIVACY)

THE DATA CONTROLLER

RS 2003 DI SEMPRINI ROBERTO & C. SNC (Camping Tunnel International) – RUE CHEVRIERE, 4 11014 ETROUBLES (AO) - informs you that the personal data, collected during registration or reservation, will be used in full compliance with the in force law (UE regulation 2016/679 GDPR – D.Lgs. 196/2003 and D.Lgs. 101/2018 and smi Privacy) for the objectives and the procedures below.

DATA SOURCE Collection and retention of the personal data provided to confirm your reservation of a chosen accommodation, its purchase and any other optional service, and to provide such services as requested. 

PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING The data are collected, recorded, organized, saved and used only for activities related to the accomplishment of the proxy. The data will be processed to:

  1. obtain and confirm your booking of accommodations and other services, and to provide such services as requested.
  2. comply with our “Public Safety Law” (Article 109 Royal Decree n. 773, 18/6/1931) which requires that we provide identification data of our guests to the police, for purposes of public safety, following the process established by the Home Office (decree 7 January 2013).
  3. comply with applicable administrative, accounting, and tax regulations.
  4. speed-up check-in on your next visit to our hotel.
  5. send you advertising messages and updates on special rates and promotions.
  6. allow you to receive messages and telephone calls during your stay.
  7. for purposes of protecting persons, property and company assets, using a video-surveillance system for some areas of the hotel, which are duly identified by signage.

NATURE OF THE PROVISION The provision of data described from number 1 to 3 and 7 of the list above is mandatory and does not require your consent and, in case of refusal, we would not have the chance to host you in our facility. The provision of the data described from number 4 to 6 requires your explicit written consent.

Processing modality The processing of the personal data is done following the full compliance of the privacy norms and of the principles of accuracy, lawfulness, transparency and safeguard of discretion and has been realized by: collecting, recording, organizing, retaining, elaborating, modifying, selecting, extracting, confronting, using, interconnecting, interrupting, communicating, erasing and destructing the data. The same treatment could be effectuated with paper tools as well as technological tools, to whom the access has been permitted only to authorized individuals, in the full compliance of what is expected by GDPR (in particular in the paragraph IV in section 2 – Personal Data Security, art. 32-34).

Field of communication and diffusion of data The information collected will be treated by the appointed Data Controller and by authorized and fully prepared employees. The data could be communicated to consultants, professionals, companies or other external individuals (central police station, accounting consultants, etc.) as individual owners and/or appointed data controllers, aiming to the fulfillment of the tax obligations expected by the law.

Data access Our employees and our internal partners have been appointed and authorized by the data controller because of their roles and tasks. Therefore, they have the right to know and treat the data you transmitted, respecting the boundaries of their knowledge and the rules given by the controller himself.

Data transfer to other countries or international organizations Concerning the proxy, it is not expected any transfer of personal data to UE countries or towards other international organizations.

Data retention period The owner will keep, in his own offices, in digital or paper format, the information provided to accomplish the administrative obligations expected by the law for a period of 10 years, plus 5 further years (in case of fiscal inspection). The information will be kept in the full compliance of the principles of lawfulness, accuracy and significance, following the mandatory procedures needed to the accomplishment of the purposes above.
Data collected for commercial purposes will be conserved for 3 years.

Rights of the interested party At any given moment the interested party, according to article 7, 15 -21 and 77 of the GDPR, will have the right to access and to modify the data, to erase them, the right to restrict or object to the processing of data, besides the right of portability of the data and their revocation. Furthermore, the interested party can complain to the supervisory authorities, following the procedure provided by the in-force law.
