The rate includes: kitchen equipment (pots and pans); pillows; LPG; electricity, 1 car or 1 motorbike in the parking lot and VAT 10%.
The rate does not include: bed linen and towels; blankets; tablecloth/tea towels; tax on stay and anything not specified in "the rate includes".
Final cleaning has to be done by the customer or on request: for € 30,00 (excluding kitchenette to be clean by the customer); kitchenette cleaning € 20,00. Penalty for non-cleaning € 80,00.
Possibility of renting bed linen € 20.00 per dinette per change; bathroom linen € 10.00 per person per change; flat rate bed and bathroom linen € 30.00 per dinette/2 person per change; blanket/quilt € 20.00 per dinette per change.
In the caravan is allowed 1 dog on request.
In the caravan and in the pre-entrance is forbidden to smoke.
Check-in from h. 03.00 p.m. until 07.00 p.m.; check-out from h. 08.00a.m. until h. 10.00am.
Security deposit € 100,00, the deposit must be paid in cash on arrival and will be returned on the departure day after our control, except in case of damages.
Booking confirmation upon receipt of a deposit of the 30% of the cost of the total stay. The balance is due upon arrival. For any early departures/missing days, we will keep the entire amount of the stay.

The caravan Chaligne suitable for the stay of 2 or 3 people, is equipped with a new wooden pre-entrance with a dinette (cm 105x190), with 3 burner gas stove, undercounter refrigerator, kitchen equipment (pots and dishes). Inside the caravan: 1 dinette (cm 130x200) and another single (cm 0,70x187); pillows, cupboard, heating with LPG stove. Small veranda. On the outside, in summer: table, chairs and sun shade umbrella.
Inside there is no water (in winter) and no toilets so it is necessary to use the campsite facilities with free hot water and showers. In summer, inside the caravan, you can use the washbasins with cold water.
Guests must be equipped with: bed linen and towels, blankets or sleeping bag and tablecloth.
