COCO SWEET ... MUCH MORE THAN A TENT!
If you are thinking about a holiday in open air but you are afraid it will be inconvenient and complicated; if you are couples, families or friends and if you love simplicity, the two COCO SWEET is what you are looking for. Located in a panoramic and sunny position, the COCO SWEET represent a new way to experience camping holidays, seductive and comfortable. They can host up to 4 people. The COCO SWEET is an unusual residential unit, functional and welcoming. It is a fun and design alternative, halfway between a tent and a mobile home, fully equipped on 16 sq. m. (6.70 x 2.50 meters), suitable for your summer stays.
The COCO SWEET has practical and minimal furniture. It features a room with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), 3 small shelves and a small space for hanging clothes; a living room with 2 sofas that can be converted into 2 single beds (80 x 190 cm), a central area that serves as a small kitchen with: an extendable table and 4 stools, a refrigerator, a microwave oven and ceramic glass cook top with 2 warming plates. The interior space is completely raised from the ground, thanks to a wooden floor, in order to give you a comfortable insulation and the entrance door is lockable. The outdoor area with a wooden floor of mt. 3 x 2.5, covered by a canvas awning sun breaker, is furnished with a table and chairs.
Inside the COCO SWEET there is no bathroom, but you can easily reach the facilities located at a short distance.
You must be equipped with your own bed/bath linen, table linen, blankets or sleeping bag.
The COCO SWEET can host your dog too.

The rate includes: electricity; kitchen equipment (pots and pans); pillows; outdoor table and chairs. 1 car or 1 motorbike in parking. VAT 10%.
The rate does not include: bed linen and towels; blankets; tablecloth/tea towels; tax on stay and anything not specified in "the rate includes".
Final cleaning by the customer or on request € 40,00 (excluding kitchenette that has to be done by the customer); kitchenette € 20,00. Penalty for non-cleaning € 100,00.
Security deposit € 100.00 (the deposit must be paid in cash on arrival and will be returned on departure after our control, except for damages).
Possibility to rent bed linen or towels € 10.00 per person per change; flat rate bed and bath linen € 15,00 per person per change. Quilt € 10,00 per person per change.
In the COCO SWEET is allowed 1 dog.
In the COCO SWEET is forbidden to smoke.
Check-in from h. 03.00 p.m. until 07.00 p.m., check-out from h. 08.00 a.m. until h. 10.00 am.
Booking confirmation upon receipt of deposit of 30% of the total stay. The balance is due upon arrival. For any early departures/missing days, we will keep the entire amount of the stay.
Tax on stay € 0.20 per night per person (for the first 7 consecutive nights); for children up to 12 years it is not applied.
