1. The booking must be made via our website, is strictly personal and cannot be transferred to others.
2. A deposit of 30% of the total amount due for the stay is required, and has to be paid within 3 working days from the date of reception of the offer. Within 24 hours in case of booking less than 7 days from the start date of the stay; We kindly ask you to send a copy of the receipt by email to info@campingtunnel.it
If we do not receive the required amount in time, the booking will be automatically cancelled. After receiving the deposit, a confirmation e-mail will be sent. The acceptance of the booking and cancellation conditions as well as the internal regulations of the campsite are implied.
3. The balance of the booked stay is to be paid upon arrival at the reception together with any extra services added and the tourist tax.
4. TYPES OF PAYMENT:
a) Bank transfer, specifying the booking number in the description; bank commissions and any expenses charged by the bank for transfers from countries with currencies other than the EURO are to be paid by the client

CANCELLATION RULES
Cancellation communications must be sent in writing to the e-mail. Guests who wish to cancel their booking are entitled to a refund as follows:
o Up to 21 days from the date of arrival, the entire confirmation deposit will be refunded.
o After the 20th day before the arrival date, the entire deposit amount will not be refunded.
o In case of no show without notice, the reservation will be cancelled at 8.00 o'clock the next day, the entire deposit amount will not be refunded.
o In case of interruption of the booked stay or early departure, no amount will be refunded.
o Minors can stay only if accompanied by an adult.
o The Management reserves the right, in case of need, to replace the booked resource with another of the same category or higher category
o Prices may vary in the event of tax changes
o It is advisable to take out an insurance policy in advance in case of cancellation of the booking
